Even republicans approve, surely?

Microwaving tea

Recommended by scientists, apparently. Disgusting

Disappointing; we were rather looking forward to May vs The Sturge

Broadchurch

Olivia Coleman = nailed-on Future National Treasure

Spring Bank holidays

Too close together! Very bad!

Bin-mageddon

“I queued for THREE BLOODY HOURS at B&Q for a new recycling bin! The entire town’s in CHAOS”

S-Town

To be listened to whole on a long journey for maximum effect

Using a proper paper map

Strangely satisfying

The “Flash” Flash ad

It’s back! Possibly the best ever singing dog in an advert ever

Crap tacos

Reheated, with too much chilli: middle-class kebabs, basically

The new telephonic duality of Blackberry versus iPhone

This picture, which I secretly snapped on my phone en route to work this morning, sums up a new dilemma to me. And it's nothing to do with the crap antennae on the iPhone 4. The iPhone, as we all know, is good for playing with, and will keep a pub table of friends entertained for several minutes as you pass the handset round to let everyone have a go at Paper Toss. The Blackberry, however, just somehow feels more grown up and proper when you pull it out in a work situation. I have heard rumours of some possibly too-well-off people owning one of each, one being for work and the other for play. Is the previously-predicted age of the duo-phone upon us, one wonders?
